WHY WE LOVE Carly Spade

What I love about Carly’s writing is how she takes familiar myths and legends and gives them fresh personalities, complicated relationships, and stories that feel completely their own. Her characters might be gods and legendary figures, but she makes them surprisingly relatable, with emotions, flaws, and struggles that feel wonderfully human. I especially enjoy the humor, witty banter, and irresistible chemistry between her characters, which make their relationships just as entertaining as the adventures themselves. Carly has a wonderful way of bringing mythology into the modern world without losing the magic that makes these legends so fascinating. It’s that combination of romance, humor, and imagination that makes her stories such a pleasure to read.
